Shots Fired At Burr Ridge Business: Police

BURR RIDGE, IL — Someone appears to have fired a round last week at Burr Ridge's Loyola Center For Health, 6800 N. Frontage Road, police said. A third-floor window was found shattered about 5 p.m. June 3. An officer found a fragmented round and other evidence of a round entering the building from the southwest. DuPage County forensic investigators were called in.

Later that night, a security guard told police a maintenance employee found a bullet while cleaning. It was unclear whether anyone heard the round being fired.
