Singer and author Wayne Messmer visits Hinsdale with inspirational presentation
Wayne Messmer shares a true-life story during program sponsored by The Community House and King-Bruwaert House

Wayne Messmer sang the national anthem and delivered a powerful story about overcoming a personal crisis during a special presentation April 7 co-sponsored by The Community House in Hinsdale and King-Bruwaert House of Burr Ridge. Speaking before an audience of more than 110 residents, Messmer inspired the audience to value each day and be receptive to changes that can change life quickly.
Messmer is well known in the Chicago area for singing the national anthem for the Chicago Cubs, White Sox and Blackhawks and Wolves organizations. He is also an author, radio broadcaster and professional speaker.
