Strong sales launch The Gardens of King-Bruwaert House

Strong sales are highlighting the launch of The Gardens of King-Bruwaert House (KBH), a 49-unit independent living project introduced in October, 2019. The spacious apartment homes designed for residents age 60 and better, will be constructed on the sprawling 35-acre King-Bruwaert House campus located in an scenic neighborhood of Burr Ridge. To date, 24 homes have been reserved since the sales campaign began.

The new project features a Georgian architectural theme that blends gracefully into a natural, wooded setting. All residents have access to beautifully landscaped courtyards with outdoor seating. The new homes are just steps away from a 1-1/2-mile walking path adjacent to two ponds, a bridge, gardens, fenced-in dog park and a flowing tributary of Flagg Creek.
