BURR RIDGE, IL – The top-paid employee at Burr Ridge School District 180 in the 2022-23 school year was Superintendent Thomas Schneider, who retired in June after 17 years as superintendent.
Schneider made $315,967, 52 percent more than the next highest-paid employee. He was the top-paid superintendent in the area, while the district is one of the smallest. Not including benefits, Schneider's pay worked out to $710 per student.
The district, which had 445 students last year, recently approved the release of the 2022-23 compensation list.
