Woman Hurt At Burr Ridge Ax-Throwing Place: Cops
She was taken to the La Grange hospital for a head injury, police said.
BURR RIDGE, IL – A woman injured herself over the weekend tossing an ax at a Burr Ridge ax-throwing venue, police said.
About 6 p.m. Friday at BullsEye Axe Lounge, she hit the back of her head when she used a back swing in throwing the two-sided ax, according to a Burr Ridge police report.
She had a cut on the back of her head and was dizzy, the report said. She was taken by ambulance to the La Grange hospital.
