Champaign Announces Small Business COVID-19 Relief Grant

The City announced the Small Business Incentive Program COVID-19 Relief Grant June 18.

The City of Champaign is announcing the Small Business Incentive Program COVID-19 Relief Grant! Champaign City Council amended the City’s Small Business Incentive Program (SBIP) to allow allocation of $520,000 of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding to small businesses impacted by the COVID-19 Pandemic. Up to $15,000 per grant is available to eligible small businesses located within the City of Champaign.

Applications will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis beginning Wednesday June 24, 2020 at 8:00 am. Applications can be submitted via email or in person.

To Submit in Person: Applications can be dropped in the white drop off mailbox located at the north entrance of the Champaign City Building at 102 N Neil St. Champaign, IL 61820. (Attention: COVID Relief Grant)
