Champaign Eastbound Washington Street Closure

March 13, 2020

In order to perform routine storm sewer maintenance activities, Hoerr Construction Inc., will close the eastbound lane of Washington Street between Market Street and First Street. As a result of this closure, eastbound traffic on Washington Street will be detoured north onto Market Street. Southbound traffic on Market Street that plans to turn left onto Washington Street will be detoured west onto Washington Street. Washington Street in the westbound direction between Market Street and First Street will remain open during the operation.

This work is scheduled to take place on Friday, March 20, 2020, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., weather depending.
