City Of Champaign: Arrest Made In Shots Fired Call, Vehicle Crash

On Sept. 20, 2021, at approximately 7:50 p.m., Champaign Police Officers heard multiple rounds of gunfire coming from the area of an apartment complex located in the 1100 block of North 3rd Street. Upon arrival, officers observed a black sedan fleeing the area at a high rate of speed.
