On September 15, 2021, City staff attended the release of the YMCA New American Welcoming Center’s Welcoming Plan for Immigrants in Champaign County. ECHO’s Compliance Manager Rachel Joy, co-chair of the Welcoming Plan Steering Committee, is pictured participating in a panel discussion.
