The community continues to honor the commitment to never forget those lost on September 11th over 20 years ago.  The Champaign Fire and Police Departments held their annual 9/11 Memorial Ceremony Saturday, September 11th at West Side Park.  Those in attendance heard comments from Mayor Deborah Frank Feinen, Champaign Fire Chief Gary Ludwig, Urbana Fire Chief Charles Lauss, Champaign Police Lieutenant Andre Davis, Pastor Dave Ashby, and Associated Fire Fighters of Illinois President and Champaign Fire Captain Chuck Sullivan.
