City Issues Bristol Place Leasing Update

The Housing Authority of Champaign County opened the waiting list for Bristol Place for one day on June 30, 2020. More than 640 families applied for housing in Bristol Place. 150 families from the waiting list were contacted by phone and mail to start the rental application process. 110 families responded and 94 families scheduled appointments to start the first phase of the application process. Currently, 50 units have been leased, six units have been assigned and 11 units are in the process of being leased.
