City Issues Emergency Order Amendment On Virtual Meetings

On May 8, 2020, Mayor Deborah Frank Feinen issued Amendment No.1 to COVID-19 related Emergency Order 20-11, which previously cancelled all board and commission meetings for any board or commission to which the Mayor appoints all the members.

Amendment No. 1 allows the City of Champaign Board of Library Trustees to meet at its regular or special scheduled meeting dates, provided the meetings are held electronically and allow for public participation consistent with the Open Meetings Act.
