Students at Chesterbrook Academy Adopt Panda for Earth Day
Students held a bake sale to raise enough funds to adopt a panda through World Wildlife Fund
Students at Chesterbrook Academy Preschool on Duncan Road in Champaign recently raised money to adopt a panda through World Wildlife Fund (WWF) in celebration of Earth Day. Students worked together to make baked goods for a bake sale to raise funds for the organization in exchange for the symbolic adoption. Their donation will support WWF's global efforts to protect wild animals and their habitats. Chesterbrook Academy teaches the importance of caring for nature at an early age.
