Lace up your sneakers as we invite you to travel with us on our 4th Annual Journey In Motion walk! This unique event will be held at the I&M Canal Trail in Channahon, IL on Saturday, September 21st. Join your friends from across Will and surrounding counties—along with Leeza Gibbons—and walk together to celebrate the strength and courage of our caregivers.

We will also have raffle basket chances and Leeza will autograph her new book, Take 2 (books will be available at the site for purchase).
Net proceeds benefit Leeza's Care Connection at Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center and are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
