Aperion Care Wilmington's Staff Padded as Penguins in Town's Penguins on Parade

A winter wonderland took the town for Wilmington’s Penguins on Parade sponsored by the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce. Each year, many in the community join in the celebration including area businesses and we are no exception. So, as was fitting, the staff at Aperion Care Wilmington donned our most appropriate penguin attire and proudly did our best penguin walks for the parade. Of course, to honor the theme, the Mar Theatre played Happy Feet and Happy Feet 2. And, following the parade, the main street came alive with festive Holiday fun, which included an ice carving demonstration, a cookie bake, visits with Santa, the ugly sweater competition, refreshments, music, dance performances and the Holiday luminary ceremony and community tree lighting.
