Armed Robbery At Wilmington Gas Station: Photos Released
Wilmington police have released photos of the video surveillance in hopes of identifying the criminal responsible.

WILMINGTON, IL —The Gas 4 Less station on Baltimore Street was targeted for an armed robbery around 10 p.m. Tuesday, the Wilmington Police Department announced.
The robber appears to be a white man with a beard and glasses, police said.
His getaway car looked like a newer model sedan, and he approached the Gas 4 Less from the north, over near Kankakee Street.

"We understand the still photos ... are not the best quality, but they are what we have available to us at this time," Wilmington police announced Wednesday afternoon.
If anyone can provide the possible ID of the armed robbery suspect in the photos, or locates video on home security cameras that may be helpful in this investigation, people are asked to contact Detective Samantha Sullivan at 815-476-2813 ext. 307.
