Junk in the Trunk Morris in Gardner

Junk in the Trunk Morris is back starting Sunday April 12^th in Gardner, and our 2026 season features more events in more locations than ever before. Come shop or sell this year at one of our 18 outdoor flea markets in Morris, Gardner and our new Mazon location. Seven monthly events will take place starting Sunday April 19^th at the Morris Plaza, 100 West Commercial Drive in Morris ( 1 block west of Rt. 47 behind Walgreens). Eight are scheduled for our Gardner location, 102 S. Rt. 53 (One block east of I-55 exit #227). Our Gardner location is now called Parks Place, and our season opener takes place there on Sunday April 12^th. New this year are three Saturday Markets in Mazon at Finders Flea Mart featuring Mama K’s Grill, 503 Grundy Street, Mazon. Our first Mazon Market is scheduled for Saturday May 9^th.      Highlights of the 2026 Junk in the Trunk Morris season include a Red Carpet Corridor event celebrating the 100^th Anniversary of historic Rt. 66 in Gardner on May 3^rd, a Father’s Day Market in Morris on June 21^st, and a show celebrating Mazon’s 150^th Birthday at Finders Flea Mart on Saturday August 8^th.

     All events are open to the public at no charge from 9AM until 3PM. Events in Mazon run until 4PM. Vendors do not need advance reservations, but should arrive at 8AM. The setup fee is $15 per market for no less than a 10’ by 30’ space (approximately 2 parking spaces).

     Junk in the Trunk Morris was founded in 2009 by Morris resident Ken Willis as a charitable fundraiser providing an affordable market for both buyers and sellers. In 2026 the $15 vendor fee will continue to be donated to not-for-profit and charitable organizations.
