Channahon Resident Killed In Late Night Crash
The cause of the crash is under investigation, authorities said.

CHANNAHON, IL — The Will County Coroner's Office announced that a 70-year-old Channahon resident died late Thursday night when his vehicle veered off the road. Charles D. Hiller was pronounced dead around 11:35 p.m. June 13 in Channahon Township. Coroner Patrick O'Neil indicated that Hiller was driving in the 24000 block of West Canal Road when his vehicle left the road and struck multiple fixed objects.
The Will County Sheriff's Office is now investigating the circumstances involving the crash. An autopsy is scheduled for Friday, O'Neil said.
