Dear dog owners, if you own a dog and you know it barks please bring it inside at night. I am awake another night because you somehow can't seem to hear your dog barking for the last hour. Don't make the rest of us suffer from your unending noise pollution because you have failed as a dog parent and ignore your pet instead of properly training it.
