Those ages 14 and up can sign up for the second 45 minutes of the S.O.S. class, which will feature hand weights, tubes, body bars, kettlebells and balls to help strengthen and tone major muscle groups.
The class will be instructed by Brenda VanAsdlen.
There will be no class April 5.

The class will cost $30 per resident; $40 per non-resident. The drop-in cost will be $5 per resident; $6 per non-resident.
