The Joliet Area Historical Museum, in partnership with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) will be bringing a Free traveling exhibit to Joliet August 11 – 13, 2011, giving visitors and the community the opportunity to explore “NASA’s Exploration Experience.”
The exhibit features 3D theater in the front room and a surround theater in the rear. Both theaters feature state of the art effects and technology to maximize each experience. The Videos detail “How NASA Benefits Us in Our Daily Lives” and “Challenges of Human Space Flight”, and the surround sound theater shows.

You’re encouraged to register for your Free “GALAXY PASS” for VIP admission to the exhibit at www.jolietmuseum.org. The Galaxy Pass will also serve as a $2.00 discount to all exhibits within the Museum, which include the Museum’s own award-winning space exhibit, The Soaring Achievements of John C. Houbolt.
