Minooka School District 201 will be holding Kindergarten Registration for the 2020/2021 school year on April 8, 2020 from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Minooka School District 201 will be holding Kindergarten Registration for the 2020/2021 school year on April 8, 2020 from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. If your child will be five years old on or before September 1, 2020, he/she will be eligible to attend Kindergarten next year. You may call the District Office at 815-467-6121, option 1, if you do not know which school your child will attend.

Registration will be completed at this time. (Registration forms will be available on the District website www.min201.org after March 2, 2020, and may be completed and brought to the registration on April 8, 2020. The following documents must be provided in order to register:
- Certified birth certificate (hospital certificate not accepted).
- Two Current Proofs of Residency:
Must include one of the following:
Home ownership title, deed, or current property tax bill; Apartment or Home lease or rental agreement.
AND one of the following:
Current Utility Bills (water, electric, cable, phone, gas)
Current Insurance Bills
Illinois law requires that a parent or legal guardian prove residency, in order to enroll a child in our schools.
In addition to the above mentioned documents, a completed State of Illinois Certificate of Child Health Examination, a completed Illinois Department of Public Health Dental Exam Form, and the State of Illinois Eye Examination Report are also required PRIOR to the first day of school.
