Minooka Students to Perform in District Music Ensembles
The students were selected through an audition process that included 2,400 of the best high school musicians from the Chicago area.

MINOOKA, IL — Minooka Community High School music students have been selected for the following Illinois Music Education Association (ILMEA) District 1 Music ensembles after auditioning on Tuesday, Oct. 11, at Carl Sandburg High School, according to a news release from the school.
The students are:
For ILMEA District 1 Senior Chorus
Ben Dow (2nd year selected)
Nate Garner (2nd year selected)
Hannah Cichon
Tyler Richart

The students were selected through an audition process that included 2,400 of the best high school musicians from the Chicago area who auditioned for the Senior Band, Senior Orchestra and Senior Chorus in their district.
