Join us tomorrow, Saturday, September 18, for the Inaugural Channahon Community Potato Festival (sponsored by Ozinga)! The event takes place at Channahon's Central Park.

Please see below for a run-down of the day's events. We hope to see you there as we celebrate the anniversaries of the Village of Channahon, Channahon Park District and Three Rivers Public Library District!

2:00 PM - Welcome & award presentation by Senator Connor

2:00 PM - Food trucks

2:15-4:00 PM - DJ Base games, contests & dancing

2:15-4:00 PM - Photo booth

2:15-4:30 PM - Potato stamping

2:15-4:30 PM - Temporary tattoos

2:15-4:30 PM - Rock painting

2:30-4:30 PM - Big Wheel Races at Spud Speedway ($1/ride, proceeds benefit local scholarship programs)

3:00-7:00 PM - Strawberri the Clown

4:00-4:30 PM - Potato sack races

4:00-7:00 PM - Car Show

4:30-7:30 PM - Brass from the Past (playing hits of Motown, pop, jazz, R&B, soul, rock & funk)
