Village of Channahon: New Traffic Signal Installed at US Route 6 And Bradley Street
A new traffic signal at the intersection of US Route 6 and Bradley Street/Thomas Dillon Drive went live March 27.

The long awaited traffic signal at the intersection of US Route 6 and Bradley Street/Thomas Dillon Drive east of Interstate 55 went live today. If you do have to travel, please be aware of this new signal and the change in traffic movements it will bring.

"The installation and operation of this signal is critical to safer, more efficient movement of traffic for our residents, as well as the traffic related to the development in the area," said Village President Missey Moorman Schumacher. "Funding for this signal is being provided directly by the development that has occurred or will occur in this area."
