Please be advised that we have received numerous reports of solicitors walking around neighborhoods soliciting for storm damage repairs.

All solicitors in Channahon need to first be permitted through the Village and display their permit(s) when soliciting door-to-door. At this time, there ARE NOT any businesses/people authorized to solicit in Channahon.

Free "No Solicitors, Peddlers or Canvassers Allowed" stickers are available at Village Hall and the Police Department. We encourage our residents to use the Police Department's non-emergency line (815-467-2112) any time there is a non-emergency concern regarding any solicitor.

With any work done to your home, please ensure all contractors are licensed and insured.
