1 Dead, 3 Injured In 4-Vehicle Rollover Crash On I-290: Police
The incident remains under investigation, police said.

COOK COUNTY, IL — One person died and three were injured in a four-vehicle rollover crash overnight on Interstate 290, according to police.
The incident occurred just before 2:30 a.m. Sunday on the westbound interstate at Homan Avenue in Cook County, police said.
A vehicle sideswiped another vehicle while changing lanes and lost control, skidding across multiple lanes and being hit by a third vehicle before striking the back of a fourth vehicle that was parked on the right shoulder and rolling over it, according to police.

The driver of the vehicle parked on the shoulder was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. The driver and two passengers of the vehicle that rolled over the parked vehicle were taken to a hospital with injuries, according to police.
