1-Year-Old Grazed By Bullet In Belmont Cragin: Report

The toddler was sitting in the backseat of a car at the intersection of Linder and Wrightwood avenues when she was struck.

CHICAGO, IL — A 13-month-old toddler was grazed by a bullet while riding in the back seat of a car Friday in Chicago's Belmont Cragin neighborhood, according to a report.

The bullet grazed the little girl's neck area, ABC 7 reported, citing Chicago police. The incident happened around 6 p.m. at the intersection of Linder and Wrightwood avenues.

The girl was taken to a hospital for treatment. She remains hospitalized and in good condition.
