4 Overdose At River North Nightclub, Authorities Say

The four people who overdosed were transported to area hospitals just before 3 a.m. Sunday, according to the Chicago Fire Department.

CHICAGO, IL — Four people were taken to hospitals after overdosing in the early morning hours Sunday at a nightclub in River North, according to authorities.

The overdoses occurred just before 3 a.m. at Y Bar, 224 W. Ontario St., the Chicago Fire Department said in a tweet. Two men were transported to Rush University Medical Center, while a third man and a woman were taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, according to the fire department.
