Aaron Carter Coming To Replay For 1996 Party Fundraiser

The '90s heartthrob, who sang the hit "I Want Candy" alongside Hilary Duff, will make an appearance in Lincoln Park.

CHICAGO — Aaron Carter will be paying a visit to the city's North Side next Friday to raise money for charity. The '90s star is coming to Replay Lincoln Park for The Big Chill 1996 Party.

The pop singer, who is the younger brother of The Backstreet Boys' star Nick Carter, is known for '90s hit songs such as "I Want Candy" and "How I Beat Shaq."

The event will feature a a Pop-Tart bar, Pokemon games, a silent auction and a raffle. Guests are invited to wear their favorite '90s fashions.

The party is a fundraiser for the Chill Foundation, which encourages young people to "overcome challenges through board sports," according to a Replay news release.

The event will be held on Jan. 25 from 7:30 to 11:30 p.m. at Replay, 2833 N. Sheffield Ave. Tickets are $45, which include a drink ticket and food samples. VIP tickets cost $75, and allows guests early entry, "exclusive bites" and access to Aaron Carter, organizers said.
