Amber Alert For Kidnapped Baby Cancelled: Report
The infant was found but the man accused of abducting her is still on the run, state police said.

CHICAGO, IL — An Amber alert issued for a 7 month old girl missing from Chicago has been cancelled, according to NBC Chicago. According to the alert, baby Kylee Jones was taken after a passenger in a vehicle, identified only as "Boopa," fled with the car and the infant.
The alert was originally issued after the child's mother and "Boopa" were stopped on their way to Madison, Wisconsin, on I-90, and Boopa refused to exit the car, then got into the driver's seat and fled with baby Kylee, NBC reported. The alert was cancelled shortly before 2:30 p.m.
Illinois State Police said baby Kylee has been found in Chicago but the car and the male driver are still on the run, according to CBS Chicago.

The vehicle was described as a silver 2013 Chevrolet Malibu with the license plate AV65043, tinted windows and a cracked front passenger side window. Police said Baby Kylee weighs 23 pounds and was last seen wearing a pink jacket and gray jogging suit.
The woman who was originally driving the car said she picked "Boopa" up this morning and was driving to Madison, Wisconsin. Boopa, 32, does not have any custody rights to the child.

Boopa was described as a black male with brown eyes and black hair. He is 6 feet tall and weighs 225 pounds and was wearing a tan and black jacket.
