This summer, POW! Gym Chicago is offering a full lineup of teen-focused camps and performance programs designed to build strength, speed, nutrition awareness, confidence, and life skills. From weight room training to sport-specific performance clinics and city adventure experiences, these programs give teens structured, coach-led development in a safe, supportive environment.

Programming runs June through August with flexible scheduling, small-group coaching, and age-appropriate training for both male and female athletes.

Teen Strength & Weight Room Skills Program

June 1 – August 31 | $650 | Unlimited Sessions | Start Anytime

A coach-led summer strength training program designed to help teens build real confidence and competency in the weight room. Athletes learn proper lifting technique, movement mechanics, spotting, and structured strength programming in a supervised environment.

Teens follow progressive, coach-designed workouts tracked through a training app, helping them stay consistent and see measurable improvement all summer long. The program emphasizes training with purpose—not random lifting—and building long-term strength habits.

The Resilient Teen Female Athlete: Strength • Nutrition • Mindset

June 16–18 | 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM | 3-Day Clinic | Limited to 6 athletes

A small-group intensive designed specifically for female athletes focused on building physical strength, smart nutrition habits, and mental resilience.

Athletes will learn how training, fueling, and mindset work together to improve performance and confidence. The clinic emphasizes building consistency, recognizing small wins, and developing the mental tools to handle pressure in sport and life.

Teen Girl’s Flag Football Speed & Strength Clinic

June 16–18 | 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM | 3-Day Clinic

A high-energy performance clinic built specifically for female flag football athletes looking to increase speed, agility, and on-field explosiveness.

Athletes will train the movement skills needed to separate on offense and close space on defense—focusing on acceleration, cutting mechanics, hip power, and reaction skills. Injury resilience and movement quality are also built into every session.

Teen Male Nutrition Series

Starts May 30 | 8-week program | 6 sessions + app-based coaching | Max 8 athletes

An interactive nutrition education series designed to help teen male athletes understand how to fuel for performance, recovery, strength, and energy—without restrictive dieting.

Athletes receive practical, real-world guidance they can apply throughout summer training and into the school year. The program combines in-person learning with app-based accountability and daily coaching support.

Topics include:

Growing Up Chicago: Teen City Adventure Camp – The Haunted City

July 20–24 | 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM | 5-Day Camp

A one-of-a-kind urban adventure camp that blends Chicago history, architecture, storytelling, and exploration through the lens of the city’s haunted legends.

Teens will navigate Chicago using public transit and the city grid while exploring iconic neighborhoods, landmarks, and ghost stories that connect history with place. Along the way, campers build independence, confidence, and real-world navigation skills.
