CHICAGO — Simone Biles says three masked men stole her Porsche GTS from the Chicago-area home she shared with husband Jonathan Owens during his time with the Chicago Bears.
Biles disclosed the theft in a TikTok posted Monday with the caption, "yes we recovered the car, onto the next."
"Feel like I need a new car because during our last few months in Chicago, three men in masks came to our house and stole my Porsche, stole the GTS," Biles said in the video.
She did not identify where in the Chicago area the couple lived or when the theft occurred.
Biles indicated the vehicle was later recovered but did not offer additional details about the theft or recovery.
"But that's another story," she said. "If you guys want to know, I'll do a story time on that."
Biles joked that the unusual events in her life could fill a reality television show.
"The things that happen to me are absolutely insanity, and so it would be really easy for producers to just film regularly," she said.
She also said the theft was one reason the couple got a Doberman.
Owens played safety for the Bears during the 2024 and 2025 seasons before signing with the Indianapolis Colts as an unrestricted free agent March 17. He has appeared in two games for Indianapolis this season.
Biles, an 11-time Olympic medalist, is the most decorated gymnast in history, according to the Colts.
ABC7 Chicago first reported on Biles' disclosure Tuesday.
