CHICAGO, IL — A home invader shot and killed a 60-year-old man in a Chicago home on Saturday, Fox 32 reported.
An unidentified male offender went inside a North Lotus Avenue apartment in Belmont Cragin through its rear door at around 5:20 a.m., and then shot and killed the 60-year-old man before running away, police told the outlet.
The man, who has not been identified, died at the scene, the outlet reported.
No other injuries were reported, but no other information was released, WGN reported.
Area Five Detectives are investigating, according to the outlet.
