CHICAGO, IL – This weekend you can see a Chicago blues legend perform live or explore an exhibit featuring famous designs from Chicago artists across decades. Or, head to Evanston to watch a Broadway playwright’s version of a classic film before unwinding at an old-school club night in Avondale.

This weekend you can ice skate against the scenic backdrop of Maggie Daley Park and experience a magical winter wonderland that is perfect for date night or some family fun. Skate rentals are $15 on weekends.

Boombox – An Old School Club Night

Neighborhood: Avondale

Take it way back and get your boogie on with a mix of Chicago house music, disco, funk and more at Late Bar! You can grab PBRs for $1 until 10 p.m., and there is a $5 cover after midnight.
