Burglars Steal From Church Donation Bin: Chicago Police
The church was broken into the day after Christmas, and cash was stolen from a donation bin, police said.

CHICAGO, IL — There was no sign of the Christmas spirit when a church was burglarized Monday in Lincoln Park, according to police.
The incident occurred about 11:30 p.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 1010 W. Webster Ave., police said. The thief or thieves pried open a window to enter the church and stole cash from a safe and donation bin before fleeeing, according to police.
No one was immediately in custody but detectives were investigating, police said.
