At this FREE event, brought to you by Gallagher Way and the Chicago Cubs, we're bringing back Old Town School of Folk Music for live music including Halloween sing-alongs, kids Halloween crafts with Kidcreate Studio, and of course, plenty of pumpkins, trick-or-treating and exclusive offerings from Gallagher Way eateries. Costumes are encouraged!
