Midtown Athletic Clubs has launched two new high-energy group fitness classes, Hype and Cut, now taking place in The Theatre, the club’s music-driven group fitness studio.
Hype delivers a party-like workout that blends dance cardio with muscle-sculpting moves in an upbeat, playlist-led format that’s easy to follow and seriously fun. No dance experience is needed. Just show up, move, and enjoy the energy.
Cut is a strength-focused training experience that combines heavy lifting with deep sculpting for total-body results. Set to edgy beats, the class emphasizes intentional movement, strong form, and building muscle definition in a motivating, high-energy environment.
