WHAT: The Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE) invites members of the media to experience its signature Annual National Leadership Summit—a two-day hybrid event uniting professionals, thought leaders, and industry changemakers. The summit will take place Wednesday, April 29, and Thursday, April 30, at Convene, 233 South Wacker Drive in Chicago.
The theme “Breaking Barreras (Barriers)” embodies the courage to challenge the status quo and create new possibilities. By “Cultivating the Power of Líderes (Leaders),” HACE honors its commitment to nurturing leadership potential across all communities—because when one person’s potential is ignited, it creates a ripple effect for the entire organization, community, and economy.
Summit sessions will include:

·Strategic Career Mapping: Designing your leadership journey
·Invisible Barreras: Navigating immigration issues in the workforce
For 44 years, HACE has been deeply committed to advancing the professional development of individuals from Latino and diverse talent pools. The summit features powerhouse thought leaders and innovators who will deliver keynote talks and lead interactive sessions designed to ignite strategic conversations and strengthen workforce inclusion and leadership representation.
Additionally, HACE will recognize individuals who are making an impact across various sectors at its Sembrando el Futuro Awards Dinner on Wednesday, April 29.
