What: Hey Nonny, the acclaimed Arlington Heights restaurant and live music venue known for pairing chef-driven dining with one of the region’s most respected intimate listening rooms, launches its new New Sounds Series on May 6.
The live music initiative is dedicated to spotlighting emerging and genre-defying Chicago-area artists, with opening night performances by High Plains Ripper and Disaster Kid. Shows are primarily standing room only, with limited seated dining tickets available.
Guests are also encouraged to make dinner reservations before the show to enjoy Executive Chef Tim Vidrio’s celebrated seasonal menu or three-course pre fixe menu. General admission starts at $10 + fees.
A second confirmed date is set for Tuesday, July 21 featuring Beauty Saloon and Prathloons, with additional summer and fall performances to be announced. Metra riders can receive a complimentary "Chicago Handshake" (a Malört shot paired with an Old Style beer) with proof of ticket or pass purchase.
Emerging artists are invited to submit performance videos by tagging @heynonnyah for a chance to be considered for future lineups at one of Chicagoland’s premier listening rooms.
