Lincoln Park Community Services (LPCS) invites neighbors, supporters and community leaders to step into a night of wonder and purpose at Metamorphosis 2026, its annual spring gala, on Friday, May 8, 2026 from 6pm -1pm at Serabande (2726 W Roscoe Street). This year’s theme, “An Enchanted Evening,” reimagines the beloved event as an immersive experience where creativity, storytelling, and community impact come together.

For over 40 years, LPCS has served as a beacon of hope, offering shelter, vital resources, and pathways to independence for Chicagoans experiencing homelessness and poverty. Metamorphosis is an annual gala celebrating this transformative work and the community support that makes it possible.

This year will be an experiential event. The evening will include close up magic by magician Dan Feltey, a tarot card reader, and a live painting created during the reception that will be auctioned later. LPCS is pleased to welcome faculty from the Merit School of Music who will be adding to the ambiance with sounds reminiscent of a renaissance fair.

In addition, guests will enjoy cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and dinner, along with a program and both live and  silent auctions in support of LPCS’s mission to provide housing, essential services, and stability for Chicago’s unhoused community. The auction will also feature items such as an autographed poster from the cast of award winning television show The Bear.

For tickets or more information on Metamorphosis, please visit www.lpcschicago.org.
