Mexican Radio is now open in the heart of the Loop, offering a vibrant destination for regionally inspired Mexican cuisine from acclaimed chef Dudley Nieto. Located inside Hyatt Centric Chicago The Loop, the restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch, happy hour and dinner.

The menu is a celebration of Mexico’s rich culinary traditions, with dishes inspired by regions including Oaxaca, Puebla and Yucatán. Guests can expect house-made moles and salsas, an al pastor trompo, bold seafood specialties and rotating regional features, alongside a standout bar program featuring craft margaritas, mezcal flights and an extensive tequila selection. Happy Hour highlights include $2 tacos and drink specials.

The space blends an art-deco dining room with a grand tequila and mezcal bar, plus a vibrant patio with string lights. Original murals and artwork by local Chicago artists add to the energetic, welcoming atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for everything from morning café de olla and conchas to after-work drinks, pre-theater dinners and weekend brunch.

Reservations are available via OpenTable.
