For one night only, join chef Armond Joseph, the rising star chef behind Shelter Island’s Léon 1909, on the mainland for a radical reinvention of a classic coastal tradition: the clambake.
Known for his intuitive blending of seaside, Italian, and Palestinian influences, chef Joseph will bring his deep understanding of the farmland and waters that surround him to a hyper-local feast featuring pristine, wild-foraged, and sustainably caught East End treasures. Expect a magnificent spread with delicacies such as Peconic Gold oysters, Montauk red shrimp, razor clams, and a show-stopping lobster. The evening will be a truly seasonal celebration of the land and sea and all that is summer “out East”.
This one-night-only dinner will feature a cocktail reception with passed hors d'oeuvre upon arrival, an expertly crafted multi-course menu with thoughtfully curated wine or beverage pairings, and a Q&A with the featured chefs.
