Featuring Celebrated Chef Armond Joseph of Léon 1909

Accessible only by boat and anchored between Long Island’s North and South Forks, Shelter Island is the ultimate summer escape. For one night only, join chef Armond Joseph, the rising star chef behind Shelter Island’s Léon 1909, on the mainland for a radical reinvention of a classic coastal tradition: the clambake.

Known for his intuitive blending of seaside, Italian, and Palestinian influences, chef Joseph will bring his deep understanding of the farmland and waters that surround him to a hyper-local feast featuring pristine, wild-foraged, and sustainably caught East End treasures. Expect a magnificent spread with delicacies such as Peconic Gold oysters, Montauk red shrimp, razor clams, and a show-stopping lobster. The evening will be a truly seasonal celebration of the land and sea and all that is summer “out East”.

This one-night-only dinner will feature a cocktail reception with passed hors d'oeuvre upon arrival, an expertly crafted multi-course menu with thoughtfully curated wine or beverage pairings, and a Q&A with the featured chefs.

PRICE: Dining Table $210 Internal Chef's Counter $250
