The Northalsted Business Alliance is thrilled to announce the return of this year’s Northalsted Market Days® with 4 stages featuring headliners Keri Hilson, Daya; Northbrook’s own JORDY; Dawn Richard; comedian Jessica Kirson and Myki Meeks, winner of this season’s RuPaul’s Drag Race, will take the stage on August 7-9 in the iconic Northalsted neighborhood between Addison and Belmont.
Other artists appearing include Broadway and reality TV sensation Frankie Grande, Drag Race alum Aura Mayari, Cain Culto, Ric Wilson; Grant Knoche, Cure For Paranoia, Sizzy Rocket, Kameron Ross, Sarah Potenza and prominent Peloton instructor and singer Camila Ramón.
The excitement continues with International DJs and producers Dan Slater, Orel Sabag, Deanne, Liza Rodriguez, Chris Cox, Ed Wood, Dawna Montell and Jeremy Dava. In addition, local favorites Sixteen Candles, Dancing Queen: An ABBA Salute, Too Much Molly Band are returning plus many more.
Market Days kicks off Friday, August 7th from 5:00 p.m-10 p.m. and continues Saturday, Aug 8 and Sunday, August 9 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
For decades, this iconic festival has been woven into the vibrant cultural fabric of Chicago, attracting visitors from around the world to celebrate the unmistakable energy and pride of Northalsted, the historic heart of Chicago’s LGBTQ+ community. This year’s celebration promises to carry on that tradition in spectacular fashion with an electrifying lineup of live entertainment and more than 300 LGBTQ+ vendors, featuring delicious food and drinks, talented local artisans, unique merchants, and impactful nonprofit organizations.
Back by popular demand, the VIP experience returns and has been expanded. Elevate your Market Days weekend with the Gold or Platinum VIP Weekend Experience, designed for festivalgoers who want to celebrate in style and comfort. A limited number of Gold VIP packages are available and include access to a private VIP lounge with air-conditioned restrooms, exclusive bar service, covered seating areas, and convenient in-and-out festival access for $65. Upgrade to the Platinum VIP Experience for $120 and enjoy all Gold-level amenities plus six complimentary beverages at the VIP bar for the ultimate festival weekend.
Festival Entry: General entry each day of the event is available for a $20 suggested donation that helps pay performers, event workers, and funds community programs.
