A 50th Anniversary Dinner with the Iconic Philadelphia Seafood Institution
Since 1976, the Mink family has dominated Philadelphia’s seafood scene, turning Oyster House into a beloved culinary institution. This evening is a tribute to the classic American oyster house as the restaurant celebrates its milestone 50th year in business. Guests will enjoy a spectacular summer feast centered on cold oysters, abundant shellfish, and peak-season fish, all executed with an unpretentious approach that has made the Oyster House what it is today.
This one-night-only dinner will feature a cocktail reception with passed hors d'oeuvre upon arrival, an expertly crafted multi-course menu with thoughtfully curated wine or beverage pairings, and a Q&A with the featured chefs.
