Spirits Run Initiative NFP is bringing the Solidarity Sidekick Tour to the Chicago area as part of our mission to complete 102 community 5Ks across Illinois. This special event supports ALS awareness and celebrates the incredible journey of Enric Casacuberta, a runner from Spain who is currently running the entire Route 66—more than 2,400 miles—to raise awareness for ALS.
This untimed, family‑friendly 5K welcomes runners, walkers, and volunteers. Participants will enjoy a supportive community atmosphere while learning about Enric’s story and the importance of ALS advocacy. All proceeds benefit ALS awareness efforts.
