From Hive to Honey Jar

Get hands-on with the honey-making process during Swissotel Chicago’s interactive workshop with Alvéole, where guests can taste honey from different harvests, uncap frames, spin fresh honey, and fill and label their own jar to take home. The experience also includes complimentary sweet and savory honey-infused bites, Honey-Limeade and Golden Paloma tastings, with a limited number of jars from last year’s harvest available for purchase for $8 each.
