There is a chance of snow throughout the week, on Wednesday, Thursday night and Friday.
ILLINOIS — Temperatures in the 30s are expected most of the week, with a few chances of snow possible throughout the week, according to the National Weather Service.
A light wintry mix is possible Sunday night, the weather service said. A cold front will pass through the area, bringing a small chance of snow and freezing drizzle, although much of the area will stay dry, according to the weather service.
Monday should be dry and mostly sunny, with a high of 23 degrees.

Temperatures will warm on Tuesday, which has a high of 38 degrees, and will again be dry and mostly sunny, according to the weather service forecast.
Wednesday will have a high of 39 degrees, but there is a slight chance of rain and snow, and then a slight chance of snow on Wednesday night, according to the weather service.

Thursday will be slightly colder, with a high still in the low 30s, according to the weather service forecast. During the day Thursday, conditions will be dry, but there is a chance of snow late Thursday night.
Friday will have a high of 36 degrees, and again there is a slight chance of rain and snow.
