Chef's Table Dinner at Bar Roma

Enjoy Roman Cuisine Inspired by Ramos' Recent Travels

Bar Roma is excited to announce their inaugural "chef's table" dinner with Executive Chef Fred Ramos. On Thursday, January 16 at 6:30 p.m., the Andersonville Italian restaurant will welcome guests to the communal chef's table for an evening of rustic, Roman cuisine. The seven course prix fixe menu (detailed below) features fried zucchini flower, puntarelle salad, beef cigars, handmade pasta, pan seared cod, crispy rack of lamb and tiramisu. Ramos recently traveled throughout the Roman region, gathering inspiration and education from local markets, trattorias and ristorantes. Seating is limited; the fee to attend is $60 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Optional wine pairings may be added for $30. For reservations, please call Bar Roma at 773-942-7572.
