CHICAGO (CBS) — Accused serial scammer Candace Clark is scheduled to appear in court on Friday, a week after she was arrested on five felony charges.
Police arrested her on January 17 at a Gold Coast Starbucks. She’s been locked up, behind bars at the Cook County Jail ever since, unable to come up with $1,500 in cash to make bail.
